Larry Kamberg has over 30 years of
experience in regulatory compliance and environmental health at
the federal, state, and local government levels in the Pacific
Northwest and at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Hanford Site.
He specializes in air permitting and environmental compliance for radioactive
and hazardous waste management facilities. He has played a key
role in preparing and obtaining approval of NOCs and ALARACTs
documentation for nonradioactive, toxic, and radioactive air
emissions. Larry has extensive experience with inventory
management for chemicals, hazardous materials and wastes,
environmental compliance auditing, and due diligence assessments
for property transfers. He is also knowledgeable of solid waste
management and landfill permitting. Larry is skilled in
managing complex technical issues that require close interaction
with facility operations and coordination with regulators. He
is trained to perform work in radioactive and hazardous
conditions, and for designation and transportation of hazardous
and radioactive materials. Larry has developed environmental
compliance procedures and inventory management systems, and
trained facility operations personnel in their application.
