Freestone’s Walla Walla office is located in Suite 315 of the Drumheller Building at 5 West Alder Street and managed by John Houck, a licensed hydrogeologist and Walla Walla resident with over 20 years experience in water resources and environmental investigations. 

John looks forward to working with local water purveyors and citizenry in their ongoing effort to develop and carefully manage the water resources of the Walla Walla Valley. John has extensive experience in groundwater management including supply development and protection, evaluation of hydrologic conditions of streams and groundwater, the design of large water supply wells, oversight of drilling contractors, determining optimal well production yield, and rehabilitation of under-performing or sand producing wells.
