Freestone Environmental Services, Inc. located in Richland, Washington, seeks junior and mid-level geologists with a B.S. or M.S. in Geology/Hydrogeology to support CERCLA and RCRA soil and groundwater investigations and cleanup. Experience in hydrogeologic investigations, monitoring well installation, environmental sampling, aquifer testing and analysis, and report preparation is preferred.

The emphasis for this position is field work combined with in-office data analysis and report preparation. Some travel within Washington and Oregon is required and eventual PG certification will be encouraged. Candidate must be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel at a minimum. The position will involve:

- Oversight of drilling and well installation

- Participation in multi-media sampling programs

- Evaluation and interpretation of environmental and hydrogeologic data

- CERCLA and RCRA regulatory support

- Developing and maintaining environmental databases

- Technical report preparation and technical editing.
